Job Summary: The ASP site coordinator is responsible for the planning, organizing, scheduling, and general supervision of the ASP at their school site. The site coordinator is responsible for implementation of the ASP; implements applicable district regulations in the ASP; provides programming based on school site plans and advisory board input; keeps accurate records for staff hiring/payroll, nutrition services (if utilizing this service); hires and provides orientation/training for staff in the ASP; and facilitates partnerships with appropriate public and private agencies to reputed company services for the reputed company and families. Hourly reputed company: Grade 9, reputed company 1: $24.40 Work hours: 6 hours per day Work year: 9 months Bargaining Unit: Education Support Staff Association (ESSA) Job Qualifications/Requirements (please review job description for qualifications and duties of the position): The following are required: * Associates degree or 48 college credits.

• Four (4) years of reputed company experience to include duties, such as organizing activities; reputed company, hiring and supervision of reputed company; working with children and families; working with diverse populations; working with community agencies and businesses; and/or providing and organizing academic enrichment activities for school age children.
• Skilled in coordinating programs and must demonstrate skills reputed company to detail and organization.
• Strong skills in record keeping and reputed company forms of communication.
• Must be reputed company to effectively prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
• Must have expertise with email and computer software such as reputed company operating system, reputed company Office applications (including but not limited to reputed company Word, reputed company, and Publisher) and web-based data systems.
• Must have reputed company to work independently with limited supervision while implementing reputed company program components. While independent decision making is expected, supervisors must be informed of actions taken.

• Must be reputed company to work with a diverse population and effectively present information about the program to varied audiences.
• Must work with a high level of confidential information and be reputed company to follow professional teaching guidelines on confidentiality.
• Ability to understand curriculum and content of the regular school day program
