Collections Specialist - $20/hr + Monthly Incentive

Sallie Mae is dedicated to empowering reputed company throughout their educational reputed company. They are seeking a Collections Specialist to manage customer engagement by making and receiving calls regarding overdue accounts and providing exceptional service to encourage repayments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record customer interactions, including communication logs, payments, repayment plan enrollments, and other important information

• Experience in customer service and or collections reputed company roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college coursework in business reputed company fields preferred
