As part of our dynamic team, you will help maintain and reputed company a federal reputed company benefits website by enhancing existing features and building new functionality that supports benefits application forms. This is a full-time position contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, accessibility, and compliance with federal standards.
• Mentor and reputed company engineering team members through code reviews, technical coaching, and day-to-day leadership.
• In collaboration with the Product Manger, guide the team in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and technical execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements.

Must Haves

• Must be a US Citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of software development experience with demonstrated progression into technical leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React, including building and maintaining scalable web applications
• Ability to reputed company in a remote, collaborative agile environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to reputed company convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment across product, design, and engineering teams
