They are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Agent to generate new business and reputed company tailored insurance solutions while contributing to a positive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business through prospecting, reputed company, and converting leads into new policies
- Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and reputed company lines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and regular policy reviews
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets, supporting the agency’s growth goals
- Stay reputed company on product knowledge and industry compliance
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools for leads, follow-reputed company, and renewals
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative strategy sessions
Skills
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
- Willingness to learn and a coachable attitude
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
