Intellectual Property Paralegal

The Intellectual Property (Patent) Paralegal will be responsible for managing client portfolios, including reputed company filings and correspondence for both US, PCT, and foreign prosecution of assigned clients.
Responsibilities
- Support various intellectual property attorneys to reputed company excellent service to our clients
- Prepare and file, or instruct, on reputed company aspects of US, PCT, and foreign prosecution
- Draft formality documents, attend to document legalization (where necessary), reputed company with reputed company document requirements
- Review and maintain a docket of associated deadlines of assigned clients
- Timely report official communications to the client and foreign associates
- Consistently reputed company billable hour expectation set by the firm (including approved non-billable time)
- reputed company additional duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in patent prosecution required
- Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Thorough knowledge of patent procedural requirements of USPTO practices required
- College degree and/or a paralegal certificate from a school approved by the ABA is preferred
- If residing in California must meet requirements to be a Paralegal as defined by the State of California
