Job Description:

  • Enforces Large Account reputed company team guidelines and procedures for assigned reputed company.
  • Answers questions, provides recommendations for reputed company situations, communication strategies, or problematic agency relationships and explains the rationale for recommendations.
  • Monitors team to ensure that underwriters operate reputed company set guidelines, authority limits, reputed company goals, and service directives while matching price to quality across the book of business.
  • Collaborates with Large Account Leadership to review updates received from Corporate Office reputed company and communicates changes to team members.
  • Develops and sustains strategic relationships with agents and brokers across the entirety of assigned regional territory.
  • Monitors, cultivates, and prioritizes assigned region’s Large Account pipeline of targeted opportunities to expand and strengthen the overall EMC Large Account portfolio.
  • Proactively assesses the impact of evolving legislation and market dynamics to ensure strategic and compliant decision-making reputed company diverse territorial contexts.
  • Oversees and monitors assigned Large Accounts reputed company team and performs expected people leadership duties.
  • Monitors reputed company of underwriters assigned agents and guides underwriters and agents in achieving annual goals.
  • Engages with regional field leadership and collaborates with underwriters to reputed company existing agency relationships while cultivating new partnerships that drive profitability and restore underperforming or low-growth relationships.
  • Seeks feedback from agents and taking action to improve their experience and grow profitable books of business.
  • Identifies opportunities and potential challenges reputed company agency relationships, ensuring strategic solutions.
  • Partners with sales and marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences, enhance reputed company responsiveness, and position EMC as the preferred insurer.
  • Performs audits on Large Account new business and renewals for compliance and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in insurance or business administration, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ten years of reputed company experience in the property casualty insurance industry, including at least six years of experience working with large accounts, including composite rating, large deductible, and loss sensitive rating plans or reputed company experience
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Insurance designations, such as CPCU, preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of countrywide reputed company techniques, terminology, policies, and forms, along with reputed company risk analysis
  • Excellent reputed company judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to reputed company sound reputed company
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of reputed company Office and reputed company media
  • Strong ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to reputed company effectively before groups
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team
  • Ability to effectively communicate products, procedures, business planning and system information
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Occasional travel; a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards will be required if driving
