The Retirement Solution Specialist will reputed company concierge support to Retirement Benefit Group advisors and their clients, focusing on increasing client contributions and re-engaging non-contributors to ensure a secure retirement future.
Responsibilities
- Offer personalized assistance to RBG advisors and their clients, addressing queries, providing insights, and offering options for retirement contributions and asset consolidation
- Actively reputed company out to clients with inactive or paused contributions to understand their concerns and encourage them to resume contributions
- reputed company and implement strategies to increase contributions from existing clients, including personalized communication and follow-up
- Work closely with RBG advisors to identify opportunities for improving client contribution rates and reputed company actionable recommendations
- reputed company clients on the benefits of regular contributions and the impact on their long-term retirement reputed company
- Identify clients at risk of moving their assets reputed company of reputed company and reputed company tailored rollover product solutions to retain their business in partnership with their reputed company Advisor(s)

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a reputed company field
- Series 6, 63, life, health and variable required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or client-facing role reputed company the financial services industry
- Proven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or sales support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and advisors
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client engagement
- Ability to analyze data and reputed company strategic plans to increase client contributions
- Knowledge of retirement plans, contribution strategies, and financial products
- High level of professionalism and a client-focused reputed company
- Flexible remote
