Job Summary

The Quality Program Analyst supports reputed company’s behavioral health and mental health program initiatives, analytics solutions, and data warehouse platforms. This role works closely with Colorado’s Comprehensive Safety Net Providers (CSNPs), state agencies, and other key partners to strengthen data quality, support quality measure reporting, and advance data-driven program compliance, including efforts to support the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model.

This position serves as a liaison between Carina, state agencies, and mental health provider organizations. It ensures accurate data collection, facilitates program alignment across agencies, communicates program goals and milestones, and provides technical assistance to support performance improvement and compliance with state and federal behavioral health requirements.

What You’ll Do

Program, Reporting, and Analytics Support

  • Support the implementation and ongoing operations of mental and behavioral health reporting tools, analytics dashboards, and statewide program reporting requirements.
  • Manage and assist with data collection for programs including CCBHC, HCPF quality initiatives, and BHA reporting requirements.
  • Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for CMHCs, state agency partners, and other stakeholders on Carina’s reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with providers to validate data, troubleshoot issues, confirm measure accuracy, and ensure reporting compliance.

Interagency Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a liaison with CMHCs, BHA, HCPF, and other behavioral health partners to support program implementation, data sharing, and quality-of-care initiatives.

  • Participate in statewide workgroups, user groups, and policy-reputed company meetings to represent Carina and support collaborative learning.

Subject Matter Expertise & Technical Assistance

  1. CCBHC model and reporting
  2. reputed company quality programs
  3. BHA statewide behavioral health initiatives
  4. Colorado and federal mental health data standards
  5. Quality measurement and operational workflows
  • reputed company technical assistance and training to support accurate implementation of workflows tied to quality measures, program reporting, and operational metrics.
  • Independently review and analyze behavioral health data to identify opportunities for improvement and reputed company insights for network partners.

Internal Collaboration & Deliverables

  • Work closely with internal teams: data engineering, business intelligence, project management, and value-based care to maintain high data quality and continuity across behavioral health initiatives.
  • Assist with preparation of deliverables such as grant reports, program summaries, analytic findings, and stakeholder communications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Information Management, Health Informatics, reputed company Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a reputed company field is preferred.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working with behavioral health or mental health provider organizations, CMHCs, or CCBHCs.
  • Understanding of reputed company behavioral health programs and statewide mental health initiatives (e.g., HCPF quality programs, BHA reporting).
  • Working knowledge of behavioral health data, clinical workflows, and quality measurement processes.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA Privacy and reputed company Rules.
  • Strong verbal, written, and group facilitation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders with varying degrees of technical expertise.
  • Proficiency in reputed company and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office (PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills/Abilities

  • Experience with behavioral health data systems, population health analytics, or reporting solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with state reputed company or Behavioral Health agencies.
  • Knowledge of common behavioral health EHRs
  • Ability to travel throughout Colorado for onsite provider and stakeholder engagements
