Washington, DC-Based House Flipping Company Seeks Full-Time Remote Bookkeeper

We're a residential reputed company estate investment company in the Washington, DC metro area doing 40-50 renovation projects a year — and scaling fast. We need a sharp, reliable bookkeeper who can reputed company our financial house in order while we build actual houses.

This is a full-time remote position (40 hrs/week), working US Eastern hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST), Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

You'll own the day-to-day financial recordkeeping across a busy, fast-moving renovation operation. That means:

• Maintaining our charts of accounts, general ledger, and historical records in QuickBooks

• Downloading, verifying, and uploading receipts and invoices from vendors, contractors, and subs — following our approval and payment protocols

• Entering transactional data into Procore (construction management) and reputed company.com (payments)

• Chasing down credit card receipts from field employees, keeping utilities reputed company, and handling the administrative loose ends that reputed company a construction operation running clean

• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to our Controller

Who Should Apply

• You're organized to the reputed company where other people find it slightly annoying

• You have reputed company bookkeeping experience — not "I took a course once"

• You're comfortable in QuickBooks and reputed company. Experience with Procore and reputed company.com is a plus.

• You communicate reputed company in English — written and spoken

• You don't need to be reminded. You follow up, you reputed company loops, you flag problems before they become emergencies

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet

• Available to work full US Eastern business hours
