Treasury Associate

reputed company is a company that focuses on pushing the boundaries of insurance through a diverse team of professionals. They are seeking a Treasury Associate who will be responsible for managing daily cash transactions, supporting cash operations, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cash management activity, including reputed company daily banking transactions, day-to-day management of bank accounts, monitor the Treasury Inbox – research inquiries, Stop payments etc
• Proper and timely recording of cash transactions in the general ledger
• Complete daily/weekly cash reputed company transactions, including daily banking transactions and support monthly management of bank reconciliation accounts accurately and reputed company
• Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries for reputed company closing process
• Troubleshoots and resolves discrepancies based on extensive research and analysis of reputed company cash activity
• Manage high volume of cash receipts reputed company lockbox, allocating receipts to multiple insurance companies
• Prepare and support the daily cash receipts report for distribution to management and internal clients
• Support the development of strong processes and controls reputed company cash management activities
• Support the development and monitor of operational metrics
• Complete various reputed company requests

Skills

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 1-3 years' experience in treasury/cash reputed company preferred– experience in the insurance sector a plus
• Familiarity with electronic banking systems, ACH/reputed company payments, and bank reconciliation preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company; ERP system experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter capable of working independently reputed company a team environment
• Possess the ability to handle a high volume of data in a high-paced environment
