[Remote] Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator will manage relationships with partners, reputed company activations, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- Manage partner communication, including weekly reputed company
- Build and monitor reputed company partner activations in your book of business and reputed company assistance to teammates reputed company needed
- reputed company excellent customer service and fast response times reputed company communicating with existing partners and prospects
- Optimize processes and checks & balances to ensure reputed company service requests are being fulfilled accurately and effectively and reputed company partnerships are flourishing
- Accurately track key performance metrics for partner reputed company and optimize as-needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Well-versed in digital marketing trends
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional response times
- Highly organized with reputed company attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and context reputed company reputed company
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences
- Excellent public speaker, with confident presentation skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a corporate/brands setting, is preferred
- Experience working with large-scale consumer brands or agencies preferred
