As a Technical Printer Support Representative I, you will respond to customer inquiries and resolve various technical inkjet printer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or call center experience

• Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
