Regional Service Specialist

The Opportunity

InCharge Energy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Regional Service Specialist to support the Service Department through effective scheduling, coordination, and communication. This regional role is responsible for dispatching service technicians, managing work orders, and ensuring service operations run smoothly and reputed company. As the first reputed company of contact for many customers, you’ll represent InCharge with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating cross-functionally across teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate regional technician schedules and prioritize dispatches based on urgency, reputed company set, and location
• Work with reputed company and support teams to resolve repairs and work orders
• Ensure reputed company maintenance, repair, commissioning, and reputed company services are delivered on time and reputed company scope
• Organize and track work orders, customer requests, revenues, and expenses for completed services
• Verify technicians have the required work scope, parts, tools, and customer contact information to ensure job readiness
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between customers, technical support, manufacturers, and internal teams

• Participate in troubleshooting system errors to determine and reputed company the appropriate personnel
• Issue purchase orders and approve invoices in coordination with the reputed company team

Your Experience and Capabilities

• 2+ years of dispatching or service coordination experience
• Ability to work extended hours in peak times
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated customer service reputed company and problem-solving approach
• Proficiency with service management tools such as reputed company, ServiceMax, reputed company, or other dispatching software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, particularly Outlook
• Experience in Electrical or EV charging industry is a plus
