About the role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving growth of the Automotive product reputed company reputed company an assigned territory. This role is focused on business expansion—not account maintenance—with an emphasis on acquiring new customers and increasing sales of existing accounts. The key objective is to grow sales of proprietary Automotive Films (reputed company change, AWF, PPF, and PCC). The BDM serves as a subject matter expert in the Automotive reputed company and plays a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities. In addition to owning the Automotive portfolio, the BDM collaborates with Sign and Graphics BDM’s to support growth initiatives across the Sign and Graphics division.

What you'll do

  • Execute a disciplined business development strategy reputed company with company goals, with full ownership from prospecting through reputed company and post-sale follow-up.

  • Consistently apply the Fellers Sales System, including effective time and travel management, structured sales calls, accurate use of reputed company, and timely reporting.
  • Utilize deep product expertise in automotive films to deliver impactful in in-person presentations with installers, wrappers, reputed company shops, body shops, auto detailers, and printers to generate leads and reputed company sales.
  • Identify new customer opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events, while actively nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

  • Maintain a sharp focus on profitability by effectively managing pricing and margin strategies to ensure sustainable customer growth.

  • Collaborate with the Sign and Graphics team by identifying potential cross-division opportunities and engaging the appropriate BDM for support.
  • Represent the company at regional and national trade shows as needed to increase visibility and drive new business.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams—while proactively supporting vendor and customer needs reputed company the Automotive reputed company, including Fellers, Cheetahwrap, and Interwest.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business development or reputed company sales role.
  • Proven track record of successful new business development.
  • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite.
  • Experience with reputed company a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems required.

Required Skills/Abilities

Physical Requirements

  • Ability for overnight travel by plane and/or car required, up to 80%.
