reputed company is seeking a hands-on IT Administrator (Contractor) to drive day-to-day IT operations and support our globally distributed, remote-first workforce. You’ll be the primary operator across identity, SaaS platforms, and reputed company management—ensuring reliability, reputed company, and scalability of our internal systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an async, high-trust environment, operates independently, and proactively automates reputed company work.

Key Responsibilities

• Global IT Support: Resolve hardware, software, reputed company issues across reputed company time zones.
• Core Systems Administration: Own and manage reputed company Workspace, reputed company 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint), and the reputed company suite (Jira, reputed company).
• Identity & reputed company Management: Responsible for IT reputed company and offboarding, provisioning, SSO, and reputed company control.
• Automation: Design and implement workflows using tools like reputed company, reputed company, or scripting to reduce reputed company effort.
• Asset & Compliance Management: Maintain software licensing, hardware inventory, vendor coordination, and support compliance efforts for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• reputed company Workspace administration (org units, policies, reputed company, reputed company and integration management)
• reputed company 365: Entra ID (Conditional reputed company, groups, app integrations), Intune (MDM/MAM, app deployment), Exchange, SharePoint
• Identity: Implementing and managing SAML, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and SSO integrations.
• reputed company management: MacOS and reputed company 11 in remote environments
• Automation: Practical experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and/or scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• reputed company fundamentals: IAM in AWS and Azure

Operational Skills

• Proven ability to operate independently in a remote-first environment
• Excellent written communication for policy, runbooks, and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience supporting SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 compliance efforts
