Strategic Finance Manager

reputed company is a rapidly growing reputed company practice specializing in state-of-the-art vein treatments. As the Strategic Finance Manager, you will play a key role in financial forecasting and modeling, collaborating with various teams to enhance clinic-level profitability and ensure seamless financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the newly developed internal corporate financial forecast model. You will update clinic-level and corporate forecasts monthly, performing deep-dive comparisons of actuals vs. budget to identify trends and variances
• Act as the reputed company for our clinical footprint. You will collaborate across teams to maintain financials, enhance profitability models, and reputed company actionable performance analysis for each location
• Assist the CFO and Controller with the monthly reputed company process. You will ensure the transition from "closing the books" to "analyzing the data" is seamless, helping to produce high-level monthly financial packages
• Maintain and refresh the A/R model monthly. You will partner with the CFO and the reputed company Cycle Management team to support reputed company calculations and ensure our cash reputed company is accurate
• Partner with the Chief of Staff on the operational reputed company of the business. This includes managing monthly inventory financials and coordinating with vendors to optimize spend and supply chain efficiency
• As our forecasting function is in its early stages, you will have the autonomy to build, refine, and automate processes to improve financial visibility across the organization

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company quantitative field
• 1–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, reputed company, reputed company, or a hybrid reputed company/Finance role
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills - you should be comfortable building and auditing reputed company financial models
• Ability to not just report the 'what,' but explain the 'why' behind the numbers
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial data to executive leadership
