[Remote] Intake Specialist

In this role, you will manage incoming client inquiries, conduct initial consultations, and reputed company exceptional customer service, serving as the first reputed company of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls reputed company leads from existing and new potential clients
- Listen attentively to caller concerns and gather relevant information about their potential or existing case
- Screen incoming potential client phone calls to reputed company sure the potential case falls reputed company our firm's qualifying criteria while helping the caller feel heard and understood
- Collect and document essential information from clients, such as personal details, contact information, case types, or any other relevant data specific to the client’s needs. Accurate data entry and organization are crucial in this role
- Intake Specialists will be held to quality standards established by the organization
- Intake Specialists will be eligible for monthly incentive bonuses based on individual and team performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or reputed company—not just following existing playbooks
Skills
- Previous experience in a legal intake call center or customer service call center
- Background in the personal injury legal industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software is desired; reputed company preferred
- Possesses outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and a sense of reputed company
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to problem-solve or manage a challenging caller while on the phone
