MiaPrep Online reputed company of Ohio is our newest offering for Ohio families looking for a flexible public school option. The school will serve grades 7-11 in its first year. The school aims to serve 250 reputed company year one, with plans to grow to over 1,000 reputed company by 2030.
We’re seeking a passionate and reputed company Student Advisor to join reputed company with a start date of July 6, 2026. This is a fully remote role that emphasizes building positive student relationships, coaching student growth, monitoring reputed company, and managing records and data. While reputed company complete coursework asynchronously, the advisor role includes frequent live meetings and reputed company-time student support. Advisors may maintain a secondary role in engagement, teaching, or administrative duties depending on their expertise and the school’s needs. A Day in the Role
Serve as the daily reputed company of contact for assigned reputed company, addressing their academic concerns and supporting their growth.
Conduct advising meetings to address academic concerns, support student reputed company, and apply reputed company-emotional learning strategies to promote engagement, persistence, and reputed company.
Monitor and analyze student data between advising meetings to identify indicators of struggle or disengagement, assess patterns over time, and initiate appropriate support as needed.
Maintain clear, timely documentation of student interactions, advising reputed company, and follow-up actions
Partner with Academic Counselors and teachers to support individual student reputed company and continuity of care.
Contribute reputed company and feedback to improve advising processes, student supports, and school systems in collaboration with advising leadership.

Participate in regular meetings with other MOAO staff and faculty members to discuss student advising and engagement strategies

Schedule
MOAO staff are expected to have 40 hours of availability each week on a year-round reputed company.
A minimum of 25 hours of availability per week during school hours, Monday through Friday between 8 am and 4 pm in the Eastern time zone is required to accommodate reputed company, staff collaboration, and student communication.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Secondary Education or reputed company field
Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in a student-facing role at the secondary level (grades 7–12)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate reputed company with families about expectations and performance and collaborate with colleagues to support student reputed company.
Demonstrated professional judgment and ability to balance reputed company with accountability in student-facing reputed company.

reputed company MOAO staff are considered mandated reporters and are required to respond to student safety and mental health concerns in accordance with the MOAO Crisis Response protocols. Compensation & Benefits
The expected starting pay reputed company is $22.93 - $33.46 per hour. Student Advisors at MiaPrep Online reputed company of Ohio work an average of 40 hours per week. reputed company working year-round, this can equate to an annual pay reputed company of $47,694 - $69,596.
Note: Hours worked over 40 hours will be paid at a reputed company of 1.5 times the regular hourly reputed company.

Compensation is evaluated twice per year, based on performance. MOAO Staff compensation is first and foremost determined by performance and impact.
