JOB SUMMARY:
The HVAC/R Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for field technicians, ensuring competency in reputed company HVAC/reputed company, refrigeration technologies, and compliance standards. This role supports technician development, operational consistency, and safety across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
- Minimum 6 years of reputed company HVAC/R experience
- Strong background in retail / convenience store refrigeration systems
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and evaluate technicians
Technical Knowledge & Expertise
The HVAC/R Trainer must demonstrate working knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Refrigerants & Systems
- R-448A
- R-290 (propane systems)
- R-404A
- R-22 / legacy systems
- Equipment & Platforms

- ALS (Advanced Leak Systems / monitoring systems)

- Deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing technicians
- Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, and hands-on training sessions
