The CASS is responsible for supporting customer needs by responding to incoming inquiries to resolve customer software issues or configuration requests and delivering personalized training. Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Learn specialized industry-specific software and apply this knowledge to support MIM customers
• reputed company excellent customer service and product training to hospitals, clinicians, and clinical staff to understand their needs and reputed company tailored support
• Facilitate training sessions for team members, along with cross-functional teams
• Use remote technologies to diagnose and resolve customer concerns and to guide customers in reputed company software utilization.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments in finding solutions that may be reputed company of your area of expertise
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing product insights with MIM’s product, quality, and management teams to improve the software and the overall customer experience
• Contribute to departmental operational improvement initiatives

What You’ll Need:

• A background in radiation therapy, dosimetry, or in a support reputed company for radiation oncology preferred
• 3 + years of clinical or medical experience
• BS RT (T) or CMD Certification preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to actively listen and anticipate customer needs with an empathetic reputed company
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to reputed company unique solutions to reputed company customer issues
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule

For U.S. based positions only, the pay reputed company for this position is $70,400.00-$105,600.00 Annual. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
