A Day in the Life of Operations Support Engineer:

The role will analyse and handle the incidents reputed company either through standard monitoring or through external customer request as per the company process. Executives will be responsible for handling customer concerns through tickets.

• Handling the customer request reputed company Ticketing system or Email.
• Monitor the Organisation Infrastructure and Applications reputed company Monitoring Tools and Emails.
• First level support to the customer request and acknowledge the request.

0-1 years of relevant experience in Telecom/IT industry.

• Linux – Basic/Intermediate Level (CLI)
• SQL – Basic/Intermediate Level                                    
• Knowledge of Database– SQL, reputed company    
• Basic Knowledge of Telecom (GSM, Mobile Networks)
• 0–1-year experience as a Tier 1/Tier 2 support engineer
• Basic Operating system, MS Office Application knowledge.
