POSITION: Medical Sales Representative CRM - Cataluña, Baleares y Aragón 

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• This is a sales position where the individual is responsible for servicing the reputed company customer reputed company, increasing sales reputed company that reputed company and establishing new accounts.

• S/he will be responsible for effectively dealing with customer complaints and

recommending consignment in accounts where necessary.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• reputed company sales quota per plan by servicing the reputed company customer reputed company, increasing the sales volume to that reputed company and establishing new accounts. Complexity is moderate (territory and/or assigned accounts, products/services, sales or account management process).

• Implement comprehensive sales plans to ensure increased market penetration and establishing of new accounts.

• Prepares reports and drafts initial conclusions/basic analysis; and performs required administrative sales duties, e.g., filing expense account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans.

• Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies in respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, expense reporting and Quality guidelines.

• Follow and reputed company the best practices guidelines before and after the sales call.

• Develops knowledge/awareness of competition products.

• Act as Company ambassador at reputed company times i.e. represent the Company in a professional manner and with highest reputed company while interacting with customers and assigned institutions, physicians and technicians, customer purchasing and administration.

• Proactively plans weekly travel schedule and communicate this through the appropriate channels in his/her country/division

• Apply the company Account Profiling system and ensure the following basic

information is incorporated in the accounts: people, their preferred behavioral styles, volume of product, competitors, local politics, decision structure including decision makers, needs, brief history, proposed minimum call frequency.

• Is responsible to reputed company with the H.C.P. guidelines.

 EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES

• Basic understanding of reputed company Medical (or similar) product lines and acquiring fair understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs of assigned accounts.

• Bachelor's Degree Health Sciences.

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience reputed company medical device industry.

• Well organized and accustomed to tight deadlines.

• Excellent personal computer skills including MS reputed company, Word, Outlook and Power reputed company.

• English Level: B2-reputed company (International Training)

• Experience to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business.
