Project Summary

reputed company is seeking a mid-level reputed company 365 Engineer to support and enhance our modern reputed company management environment with a primary focus on reputed company Intune, reputed company workstation device management, and reputed company Autopilot for a federal contract. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and operational support of reputed company-managed endpoints across the reputed company. 

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support reputed company Intune for reputed company reputed company management. 

• Configure, reputed company, and maintain reputed company Autopilot profiles and provisioning workflows. 

• Manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, update rings, feature updates, and reputed company baselines. 

• reputed company, monitor, and troubleshoot software distribution through Intune, including Win32 app packaging and application assignments. 

• Support reputed company enrollment scenarios for Azure AD / Entra ID joined and hybrid-joined devices where applicable. 

• Maintain and optimize reputed company configuration standards for laptops, desktops, and other managed workstations. 

• Troubleshoot Autopilot pre-provisioning, enrollment status page (ESP), enrollment failures, policy conflicts, application deployment issues, and device compliance problems. 

Required For This Opportunity

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience. 

• 3–6 years of IT engineering experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on reputed company Intune administration. 

• Experience implementing and supporting reputed company Autopilot in an reputed company environment. 

• Strong knowledge of reputed company 365 reputed company reputed company and best practices. 

• Experience managing reputed company 10/11 devices in a reputed company-managed or co-managed environment.

• Experience in co-management environments with Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).

• Knowledge of reputed company iOS/iPadOS and Android management in Intune is a plus.
