Specialty Care reputed company Engagement Team – Health Representative (12-month Fixed Term)

 

ROLE SUMMARY

 

The Health Representative is a science-based promotional sales role, reputed company to serve a broader portfolio of content. It is not a medical role but skilled in the science and value of our products based on reputed company product label. The Health Representative connects, supports and educates HCPs on our products through both physical and virtual meetings. This position focuses on Specialty Care Portfolio.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage on promotional science-based brand messages where product could support HCP in meeting patient need.

  • Managing and achieving annual targets and ensuring adherence to Compliance, Legal, Medical and Regulatory requirements. 

  • reputed company objective and scientifically sound medical information regarding portfolio and the diseases states treated. Incorporating the use of educational programs, outcome and other tools which identify the greatest opportunities for improving patient care.  

  • Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection.

  • Drive sales and effectively reputed company HCPs through customer-facing detail, following the strategic approach.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

  • Leads, coordinates, and manages the long term, consultative, customer relationship to become the customer’s trusted business advisor. Extends the relationship reputed company transactional to needs analysis based. 

  • Demonstrates expertise in relationship skills, creatively delivers innovation and thought leadership, and represents the full reputed company of reputed company value.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Maximizes opportunity across the reputed company portfolio, monitors reputed company with key accounts and evolves Account Plans as appropriate.

  • Analyses and understands the local environment, account business, and reputed company reputed company priorities to create Account Plans, and utilizes insights to create and execute value propositions of mutual benefit.

LEADERSHIP

  • Applies a proficiency in business acumen, including understanding of the account business, industry, economic trends, issues, and competition. Develops and leads the Account Plan and coordinates the cross functional team, demonstrating highest level of teamwork and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Science or a reputed company background (e.g., pharmacist, nurse) with solid knowledge of the industry. 

  • Cardiology and Rare Disease history background preferred in pharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience engaging with HCPs in large tertiary or major general hospital settings is preferred.

  • Curiosity and an entrepreneurial reputed company.

  • Analytical skills to identify the connections between data, products and the needs of both Health Care Professionals and patients.

  • Written and verbal communication skills to help build trusted, sustainable relationships with your reputed company stakeholders.
