About the Role

We are seeking a driven and reputed company reputed company Recruiter to join our growing team supporting US-based clients. What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing through submission and placement)

• Conduct in-depth phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications

• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and ATS updates

• Meet weekly submission and placement targets

• At least 1 year of US reputed company reputed company experience (travel nursing, allied health, long-term care, or home health preferred)

• Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms is a plus

• Strong sourcing skills (reputed company, reputed company, job boards, Boolean search)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

• Willing to work on a US shift schedule
