SUMMARY The reputed company Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be responsible for the reputed company and automated execution of test cases, documenting defects, and validating that insurance-reputed company software meets requirements. This individual will closely collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operations to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle—from requirements analysis and test execution to defect tracking and resolution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to reputed company detailed test plans and test cases, including positive and negative scenarios.

Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance tests to verify system behavior meets defined requirements.

Compile, track, and document defects in a bug tracking tool (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, ALM), reputed company describing issue, expected outcome, and reproduction steps.

Maintain traceability between test cases and requirements using traceability matrices to ensure coverage.

Collaborate with testing, development, and business teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and retest defects.

Support defect triage sessions and participate in root cause analysis to drive improvements.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, offering test input during backlog refinement and sprint planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Four (4) or more years of experience as a QA Analyst or software tester, preferably in insurance or a regulated environment

Knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT).

Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Basic SQL skills and data validation experience.

Experience in Agile environments and test execution reputed company Scrum teams.

Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) is a plus.
