What you’ll do

• Experience in the telecommunications sector or customer service is preferred.

• Ability to effectively manage complaints and crises on reputed company media platforms such as Twitter, reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company.

• Familiarity with reputed company media analytics tools 

• Customer-oriented with effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to understand and respond to difficult customer feedback with a solution-focused approach.
