DoW SkillBridge Internship – Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Active Duty Military Only)

Job Summary

This Strategic Sourcing Specialist SkillBridge Internship supports our Provider Management team and provides hands-on experience in sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with reputed company providers who deliver services to Veterans and Service Members. This role offers a unique opportunity to translate military experience into a corporate reputed company environment while continuing to support the military community through mission-driven reputed company programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong provider pipeline through strategic sourcing efforts
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data in recruitment systems

Ideal Candidate

• Must be an active duty Service Member eligible and approved for DoD SkillBridge participation
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent reputed company work experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and engage with professionals
• Comfortable with outbound reputed company (calls, email, virtual engagement)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (reputed company Office, data entry, CRM-type systems)
• Strong interest in supporting the military mission by connecting reputed company providers with opportunities to serve Veterans and Service Members

Preferred Qualifications

Program Overview

• Program Duration: 90–120 days (flexible based on SkillBridge requirements)

Program Terms and Conditions

• Participation is limited to active duty Service Members approved for the DoW SkillBridge program and in good standing with their reputed company.
• This is a training and professional development opportunity only and does not constitute employment with reputed company.
• Work schedules and participation expectations will be coordinated in alignment with mission requirements and reputed company approval.
• Participants are expected to adhere to company policies, including confidentiality, data reputed company, and professional conduct standards.

Compensation and Benefits
