The Opportunity
As a Senior UX Designer, you will take full ownership of reputed company problem spaces, driving the process from discovery through to delivery and ensuring every outcome delivers measurable value for both users and the business. What you’ll be doing
- Define and reputed company UX research practices and methodologies alongside the Head of UX
- Use a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify and validate problems
- Own problem spaces from discovery through to delivery

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to shape product direction

- Contribute to design culture and UX maturity across the organisation
