Job Description

THIS ROLE IS 100% REMOTE The Associate Corporate Counsel, Large Molecule, provides global counsel to the Large Molecule Business Unit of PSG’s Drug Substance Division and will be responsible for delivery of high-quality reputed company/business legal and compliance advice and transactional support to the Large Molecule BU. The Associate Corporate Counsel will independently support day-to-day legal operations for the business, be directly involved in business transactions, reputed company disputes and settlements, will counsel Large Molecule with regard to certain compliance and regulatory reputed company, while working in reputed company collaboration with the Director, Corporate Counsel on legal priorities, risk alignment, and escalation reputed company. The role will also manage reputed company counsel in certain aspects of Large Molecule business, reputed company and collaborate on certain legal projects and initiatives and reputed company training to the organization on a reputed company of reputed company. This role reports to the Director, Corporate Counsel, Large Molecule. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with 100% remote working reputed company reputed company America. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company ongoing legal advice and support to the Large Molecule Business Unit of DSD/PSG (currently comprised of sites in St. Louis, MO; Lengnau, Switzerland; Groningen, The Netherlands; Brisbane, Australia; Plainville, MA; Gosselies, Belgium; Seneffe, Belgium; San Francisco, CA and Carlsbad, CA).
• Occasionally reputed company legal support to other Business Units of DSD
• Establish effective collaborative working relationships with the BU- and Site Leadership Teams, Business Management, Sales, Operations, Quality and other functions, to reputed company timely advice on reputed company/business/compliance legal reputed company as they arise
• Collaborate with the PSG Contracting and Functional Counsel as needed
• reputed company ongoing advice and support principally reputed company to biopharmaceutical manufacturing reputed company, reputed company, supplier and sourcing reputed company, proposals, SOWs, etc. including the drafting and review of such reputed company
• reputed company guidance on a reputed company of legal, regulatory and compliance reputed company, including, pharmaceutical manufacturing (FDA and other agencies, cGMP, etc.), products liability, trade compliance, products liability, anti-bribery, and data privacy
• reputed company advice as required to supply chain/sourcing, esp. regarding liability gaps and chains, from vendor to client
• Ensure that Large Molecule conducts its business in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and Thermo Fisher policies and guidelines
• reputed company advice regarding customer and other reputed company/business complaints and disputes (client- and vendor facing)
• Assist and support the Division reputed company Counsel on strategic projects of the Division/BU, as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate required (or equivalent working experience)
• A strong background in reputed company Contract Management experience gained in a fast paced, cross functional working environment
• Ideally has experience gained from pharmaceutical, or reputed company industry or similar contract manufacturing solution provider) or reputed company a manufacturing environment but not essential
• Customer centric approach in supporting both external and internal clients while protecting the best interest of the company
• Confirmed negotiation abilities and business sense
• Ability to deliver strong results with limited resources with a high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced intense environment
• Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, reputed company in team building
