Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing high-volume customer inquiries through phone calls, voicemails, faxes, scanned correspondence, and emails
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to reputed company maximum client satisfaction
  • Assisting callers in reputed company-time with data collection or education; transferring or redirecting calls to the appropriate Recovery Specialists reputed company necessary
  • Utilizing internal systems and resources to reputed company accurate, valid, and complete information relevant to the situation
  • Ensuring adequate phone coverage with regular attendance and situational awareness during scheduled shifts to minimize missed and abandoned calls
  • Reviewing, promoting, and activating client and arenaflex-generated referrals that result from Call Center activity
  • Collecting and documenting handling attorney and/or adjuster information to the appropriate tabs in the system, along with any additional pertinent information as needed
  • Ensuring reputed company calls and/or case activations, data entry, and data management are handled reputed company company guidelines
  • Maintaining and responding to department requests submitted through the online questionnaire portal
  • Maintaining and researching automatic updates generated through a national database used to identify reputed company-party claims
  • Performing reviews of scanned documentation for systematic updates, such as Phia Accident Questionnaires
  • Generating client-specific reports on a weekly reputed company as needed
  • Protecting company assets from unauthorized reputed company, disclosure, and/or modification, as well as complying with the organization's information reputed company policies

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual skills (although not required)
  • Remote work or education experience
  • A private workspace with a closed-off reputed company for privacy
  • Sufficient internet speed to support video, IP phone, and multi-system usage
  • No distractions in your home that would require assistance during working hours
  • 2+ years of experience in one of the following areas: reputed company, insurance company, TPA, or medical field
  • Call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of good telephone etiquette, soft skills, and emotional intelligence
  • Effective listening skills
  • Mastery of time management and organization with the ability to pivot from task to task
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
  • Self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in the reputed company industry
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance claims processing
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • A background in sales or customer service

This role requires:

  • Sitting at a workstation for prolonged periods of time
