What will you be doing?
As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Support and Troubleshooting: Field incoming help requests from end users reputed company phone and tickets, providing courteous and effective assistance.
- Problem-Solving: Determine functional specifications for software systems and programs, documenting, analyzing, and testing to resolve user issues.
- Prioritizing Requests: Schedule and prioritize problems, escalating to the appropriate technician or department as needed.
