Job Summary
As a Remote P&C Licensed Insurance Agent – Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer and agent inquiries, addressing various types of property and casualty policies and billing inquiries in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. You'll reputed company exceptional customer service, market insurance products, conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs, and recommend suitable coverage options.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Proven experience in customer service or sales roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Must possess a valid P&C insurance license
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry
