Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Center Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining arenaflex's IT infrastructure in a 24/7 environment
• Ensuring high availability of the infrastructure while maintaining a strong focus on reputed company and compliance
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including optical connectivity problems and network protocols
• Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve infrastructure performance
• Creating and updating technical documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Participating in shift work, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following OSHA and EHS guidelines
• Collaborating with the Inventory and Asset Management Team to ensure accurate inventory control and asset management

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3-6 years of experience in IT or a reputed company field, with a strong focus on data center operations
• Associate's degree in computer science or a reputed company field
• Strong understanding of physical IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and storage systems
• Experience with macOS, reputed company, and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of network protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
