Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to assist with a variety of ongoing clinical trials. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for transcribing reputed company data into various electronic data capture (reputed company) systems, verifying data reputed company, and following established standard operating procedures (SOPs). If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Transcribing reputed company data into various reputed company systems per protocol requirements and following established standards
• Verifying reputed company of data by comparing it to reputed company documents
• Following established SOPs, good clinical practice (GCP), and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of reputed company reputed company activities
• Answering queries reputed company reputed company systems in a timely manner
• Assisting the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERAs established standards
• Preparing and scanning documents into reputed company systems and ERAs database
• Assisting the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• High attention to detail
• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexible during the company's growth stage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members

Desired Skills & Qualifications

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be highly desirable:

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Experience with reputed company Office
• Knowledge of research reputed company systems preferred (reputed company Vault, Medrio, reputed company, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits
