Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Support Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer contact reputed company phone, email, and text message. Key Responsibilities
* Manage a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and/or text messages
- Identify and assess customers' needs to reputed company customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

- Headset compatible with computer
- Quiet work environment free from distractions

Preferred Qualifications
