Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class support to our customers. Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll interact with hundreds of callers daily, using your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve a wide reputed company of customer service inquiries. Key Responsibilities
* Interact with hundreds of callers daily, using active listening and critical thinking to bring resolutions to a wide reputed company of customer service inquiries

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary: $17.85/hour
- Flexible scheduling: A minimum of 38 hours/week will be scheduled between 12pm-10pm CST

Requirements
