Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Remote Customer Service Agents to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers reputed company phone, email, and live chat. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers seeking assistance with various products and services
- Resolve customer concerns, questions, or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Recommend additional products and services based on customer need and request
- Recommend system improvements based on knowledge of system issues

Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience working in a remote call center environment with a separate office space setup
- Proven track record of adhering to our 3 A's: Attendance, Attitude, and Aptitude
- Technically savvy to assist customers with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues
- Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in a high-volume contact center environment with strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to listen actively to sensitive information
- Quick learner, dedicated to reputed company, and strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to "hear you smile"
- Experience with InContact, reputed company, or reputed company is beneficial but not required
System Requirements
* Dedicated remote working space with no background noise
