Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers reputed company telephone, email, and/or website inquiries. You will actively listen to customers, utilize your customer service experience and creativity to meet their needs, and deliver a world-class experience across every interaction. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to work in a structured environment with high-volume calls from consumers.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers/clients with questions concerning and/or reputed company to their account (average of 40 to 50 calls daily)

  • Respond to reputed company customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and resources available through people, customer records, and reputed company systems
  • Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations
  • Process required transactions reputed company web-based applications
  • Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology
  • Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
  • Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals

What You'll Get

* Full-time employment with a competitive hourly reputed company of $14.00 starting on day one

  • Shift differential of $1.00 per hour and weekend shift differential of $1.50 per hour

Required Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of computer and reputed company personal computer applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
  • Must be reputed company to successfully pass a background reputed company, credit reputed company, and reputed company clearance (fingerprints)
  • Must reputed company with camera requirements reputed company attending meetings and training

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the reputed company based on various factors, including location, experience, and performance.
