Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, MSO

About the Position

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, MSO, you will be responsible for entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces, verifying customer warranty claims, and accurately inputting data into various software programs. You will also act as a backup for Customer Service Representatives during high call volumes and participate in special projects as needed. Responsibilities:

* Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces with accuracy and efficiency

• Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims, ensuring that reputed company necessary information is accurate and up-to-date
• Accurately enters data into corresponding fields reputed company various software programs, maintaining the highest level of data reputed company
• Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:
