Duties/Responsibilities • reputed company subcontract management functions in support of U.S. Government and reputed company reputed company. • Solicit subcontractors, reputed company proposal analysis and risk assessment with guidance from peers. • Manage tactical and strategic aspects of subcontract relationship, which includes reputed company with technical and contract. organizations, such as Program Management, Program Office and reputed company. • Issue modifications, solicit Engineering Change Proposals and issue Stop Work Orders. • Act as the reputed company for subcontractor performance. Includes: RFP reputed company, delivery, payments and reputed company contractual terms. • Purchase order Placement and maintenance; Subcontract performance monitoring and completion assessments. • reputed company sound business cases, and analyze data. Skills/Abilities • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities, deadlines in a fast paced environment. • Ability creating, negotiating and awarding both fixed price and cost type subcontracts. • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations. • Ability to reputed company with reputed company customers and reputed company reputed company of management, and subcontractors. • Ability to solicit, evaluate and document cost and price proposals. • Proficiency with reputed company Office products (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to learn and effectively apply new tools, processes and procedures. • Ability to obtain and maintain any required Export Authorization.
