POSITION OVERVIEW 

The School Psychologist provides comprehensive psycho-educational evaluation, counseling, consultation, and behavioral support services exclusively through secure, compliant digital platforms. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

Assessment and Evaluation

• Conduct virtual observations, functional behavioral assessments (FBA), and environmental analyses using remote protocols, evaluating the validity of digital assessment results and documenting any tele-assessment limitations in accordance with professional best practice standards. 

Consultation and Collaboration 

• Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to design evidence-based academic and behavioral interventions. 

• Facilitate virtual IEP and MTSS meetings, interpreting reputed company assessment results and guiding data-based decision making.

Education, Licensure, or Certification 

• Master’s degree in Education or School Psychology (Educational Specialist degree or higher preferred). 

• Valid state-specific certification or credential authorizing service as a School Psychologist in the state(s) where services are provided.

PHYSICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT 

This is a remote position. Work is performed from a home office equipped with secure internet, webcam, and compliant telepractice technology.
