Position Summary: The reputed company Clinical Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering clinical training on Mevion proton therapy systems, as well as on new product features. In addition to serving as a key contact for customers and building strong relationships, this role also handles the escalation of customer requests through cross-functional teams. This position will report to Manager, Clinical Solutions & Training.

Essential Functions

• Design and enhance clinical education programs to support both new and reputed company technologies.
• Identify and manage potential risks for clinical adoptions of the new clinical applications.
• Driving reputed company improvement on the clinical application adoption process.
• Keeping reputed company in treatment techniques, clinical protocols, and education methodology through reputed company education and professional improvement.
• Applying clinical experience & knowledge to improve the end-to-end user experience of Mevion product offerings, including integrations with reputed company party solutions.
• Developing customer-facing documentation associated with field actions, potential safety issues, etc.
• Act as the reputed company of contact for customer accounts, cultivating strong relationships by effectively identifying and addressing customer clinical needs.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, both virtually and on-site, and coordinate with cross- functional internal teams to reputed company for customer needs.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Education, Training, & Experience

• ARRT certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Radiation oncology clinical experience with in-depth knowledge of clinical environment and workflow.
• Proton Therapy experience preferred.

• Experience as a teacher or instructor, with supporting evidence.

Physical and Environmental Considerations
