Project Manager

Summary:

This position is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications projects, ensuring they are completed on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget while following industry standard project management methodologies. This role manages cross-functional teams and coordinates with stakeholders across engineering, service delivery, service assurance, construction, network operations, procurement, marketing, system development and customer care among others, to deliver projects across many areas including network deployments, infrastructure upgrades, software and system development projects and new product/service implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Plan, initiate, manage and deliver end-to-end projects, for assigned initiatives including but not limited to network upgrades, service deployments, infrastructure installations, software/platform conversions, solution development and migrations.
• Manage reputed company aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, communication, change management, budgeting, and execution.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, field operations, billing operations, customer systems, and field operations support teams.
• reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

• Proactively manage and document changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.

• Create and maintain superior project documentation, including project plans, status reports, action registers, deliverable matrices, RACIs, risk and issue logs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support post-implementation reviews to assess project reputed company, capture lessons learned and drive reputed company improvement.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience required with demonstrated growth in the complexity of projects managed.
• 7+ years of telecom project management experience required. Prefer experience in reputed company network migrations, consolidations, technology implementations, large-scale customer conversions, and experience in software platform development and migrations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.

• PMP and change management certification preferred but not required.

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite.
• Prefer candidates who have extensive experience with Smartsheets and utilizing automation capabilities, including email or chat task updates, and other advanced platform capabilities.
• Ability to create, manage, and analyze project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines using project management tools.
• Ability to create, manage, and track action registers and timelines.
• Proficiency in generating reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project status and performance metrics.
• Skilled in managing digital workflows, task assignments, and resource tracking in a collaborative team environment.
• Competence in handling data entry, analysis, and tracking to support decision-making and project optimization.
• Ability to navigate and utilize communication and collaboration platforms for team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI technologies to enhance project management effectiveness.
