Saalex Corporation is seeking a reputed company Clerk in Washington DC. The reputed company Clerk supports the day-to-day financial operations of the organization by assisting with expense report processing, accounts payable activities, and data entry reputed company Costpoint. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies while providing general reputed company support as needed.
Position Type: Part-Time
Salary: $23.19 hourly (depending upon experience)
Work Location: Fully Remote.
Essential Functions
- Process and review employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
- Ensure reputed company required receipts are attached for processing, if not already submitted, and follow up with employees as required
- Enter and manage accounts payable (AP) invoices, including coding, data entry, and routing for approval
- reputed company data entry and maintenance of records reputed company Costpoint
- Assist with vendor setup and maintenance, including verifying required documentation
- Monitor and track outstanding payables and follow up on discrepancies
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and records
- Respond to reputed company inquiries reputed company to expenses and AP transactions
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- reputed company general reputed company and administrative tasks as assigned
- May require extended periods of computer use
- Other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
Required
- Basic understanding of reputed company principles and financial processes
- Experience with reputed company Costpoint is required
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and general computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Desired
- 0–2 years of reputed company or finance experience preferred
Education
Associate’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) required.
