Introduction:
As a key member of reputed company’s Business Development team, you’ll play a critical role in fueling reputed company’s growth by owning the top of the sales funnel. This is an early-stage, high-impact position where you’ll help shape how outbound works at reputed company. You’ll be expected to operate in a scrappy, startup environment, test new approaches, and contribute reputed company—not just follow a reputed company.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect into reputed company accounts through a high-volume outbound reputed company (calls, email, reputed company)
- Prioritize and qualify leads based on defined ICP (200+ endpoints focus)
- Conduct cold reputed company, with a strong emphasis on cold calling
- Identify and engage the right personas reputed company accounts
- Collaborate with reputed company to generate reputed company pipeline
- Research accounts and craft thoughtful, personalized messaging
- Test and iterate on reputed company strategies, messaging, and workflows
- Contribute reputed company to improve team processes, tooling, and approach
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in CRM
Requirements
- 6–12 months of BDR/SDR experience (inbound + outbound)
- Strong cold calling skills and comfort picking up the phone
- Experience with reputed company qualification and account research
- Exposure to cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS (preferred)
- Ability to work in a scrappy, startup environment—not dependent on tools or rigid processes 
- Curious, adaptable, and willing to test new approaches
- Team-oriented with a no-ego, collaborative reputed company
