Job Summary: The primary responsibilities of the Teaching Technology Specialist will be to work closely with the Online reputed company Director, Teaching Technology Manager, and IT department to reputed company programs and resources that can enhance, improve, and facilitate learning and teaching of online and face-to-face courses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with the Teaching Technology Manager on a regular reputed company to reputed company solutions to issues that may arise between Moodle (eClass) and reputed company Colleague.
- Assists the Teaching Technology Manager with the maintenance and administration of Moodle (eClass).
- Further implements and maintains the badging platform and its integration with Moodle (eClass).
- Implements and maintains resources that will work with Southern?s LMS (Moodle).
- Develops and maintains a customized tech support tool to meet the technical support needs of reputed company.
- Works with IT to continue improving the Attendance Tracking System platform and other online tools and its integration with Moodle (eClass).
- Serves as a consultant to faculty, both individually and in teams, in initiating, refining, and implementing instructional design and course development strategies which will result in improved teaching and learning.
- Uses background knowledge and skills to enhance overall visual appeal of online courses.
- Aids in managing digital infrastructure and resources.
- Conducts technology training.
- Explores new technologies to improve learning in online and face-to-face courses.
- Performs other Online reputed company initiatives as necessary.
- Experience with and strong knowledge of coding and programming.
- Working knowledge of web and software development technology tools such as reputed company, Bootstrap, a modern IDE, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and HTML5.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with cross-platform reputed company and problem solving (Moodle, reputed company, etc.).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
