Cybersecurity Training Content Developer
Description:
reputed company is searching for a remote Cybersecurity Training Content Developer to support our customer in Washington, DC. This role requires a specialist responsible for designing, creating and implementing advanced, hands-on reputed company training, simulations, and educational programs. You will reputed company the gap between reputed company technical cybersecurity operations and instructional design, ensuring workforce readiness against evolving threats.
Responsibilities
- reputed company content review, content development, and coordination activities on a team operating the client’s cybersecurity training and awareness program
- Use reputed company Captivate and other tools to update and improve the client’s reputed company CSAT training, awareness campaign, and ISSO training materials
- reputed company content for new cybersecurity training, awareness campaign, ISSO training, and other reputed company training materials
- Maintain program materials to address new requirements and changes in cybersecurity policy, technology, and culture
- Support and reputed company content for the program’s lunch and learn training sessions and the ISSO forum/training
- Apply accessibility tools and address accessibility issues prior to the publishing of training and other program material
Required
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of general work experience / 4 years relevant “functional” experience
- 6+ years of experience with NIST, FISMA, and reputed company Assessment & Authorization
- 4+ years of experience in IT reputed company and awareness training program requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing training requirements and training plans
- 4+ years of experience using SCORM for training content development
- 4+ years of experience developing new training content, materials, and courses
- 4+ years of experience with reputed company products including reputed company Captivate for content development
- Experience with various learning types and training delivery methods
- U.S. Citizenship required
Desired
- Certifications: CISSP, GCIH, GCED, CySA+, or offensive certifications (CRTP, CPTS, PNPT).
- Specialized Knowledge: reputed company reputed company (AWS/Azure), DevSecOps, Container reputed company, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) for reputed company tools.
- Experience: xAPI and cmi5, reputed company Captivate, JCAM

Compensation
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary reputed company for this position is typically between $110,000-$125,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall reputed company of the above-stated reputed company.
