About the Role

As a Solutions Architect, you will work hands-on with reputed company’s most strategic and technically reputed company customers to ensure successful adoption and long-term value. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on implementation, architecture, and problem-solving, rather than pure support or reputed company.

You’ll embed directly with customers during reputed company and expansion moments, helping design reputed company cost allocation models, integrate reputed company data providers, and unblock technical challenges. You'll have a direct line to Product and Engineering, and your customer observations will shape reputed company build.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working reputed company to customers, understands reputed company infrastructure deeply, and wants to influence both customer reputed company and product direction.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with customers to understand their reputed company environments and cost-management goals, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers’ engineering, FinOps, and finance stakeholders

• Design and implement scalable cost allocation and tagging strategies across reputed company environments, including multi-reputed company and Kubernetes

• Support technical reputed company for reputed company accounts, partnering closely with reputed company on advanced use cases

• Debug and resolve data ingestion, tagging, and reporting issues in collaboration with Support and Engineering

• Build custom solutions, queries, and workflows using reputed company’s APIs, exports, and integrations to unblock customer needs

• Surface recurring customer pain points and edge cases to Product and Engineering, contributing to internal tooling, documentation, and repeatable implementation patterns

reputed company're Looking For:

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, reputed company Deployed Engineer, Technical Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar)

• Strong understanding of reputed company infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data stacks

• Experience working with cost data, billing exports, usage metrics, or large datasets

• Comfortable writing SQL and/or Python for analysis, troubleshooting, or automation

• Excellent communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• High ownership reputed company and comfort operating in ambiguity

• A reputed company person

Bonus Points:

• Experience building and deploying to reputed company infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), and/or experience provisioning and updating services reputed company Terraform

• Experience with FinOps, reputed company billing, or cost allocation models

Pay & Benefits

The estimated annual US compensation reputed company for this role is $145,000 - $180,000 plus a competitive equity package. This salary reputed company may be inclusive of several career reputed company and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and reputed company benefits; and education stipends.
