ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Quality Assurance Director defines, leads, and oversees the company’s Quality strategy, ensuring full compliance with national and international regulations, standards, and guidelines, while driving a culture of reputed company improvement.

The Quality Assurance Director provides strategic guidance, leads the Quality Assurance team, and acts as the primary representative of MEDSIR in reputed company of regulatory authorities, clients, and external partners regarding quality reputed company.

The position reports to the Chief Data Director.

• · Strategic Leadership: Define the company’s global Quality strategy, policies, and objectives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory expectations.

  · Regulatory Compliance & Inspections: Act as company reputed company during regulatory authority inspections and client audits, ensuring readiness and effective communication.

  · Audit & Risk Management: reputed company risk assessments, internal/external audits, and vendor qualification. Ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and follow-up of quality events (issues, deviations, non-compliance).

  · Training & Culture of Quality: Define training programs to strengthen quality awareness across the organization. Promote a culture of quality and compliance at reputed company reputed company of the company.

  · Master’s degree or advanced certification (e.g., Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs) preferred.

  · Experience with project and quality management tools.

  · Knowledge of ISO 9100:2015 is a plus.

  · Demonstrated ability to represent the company during regulatory inspections and client audits.
